This book, composed of a collection of course completion theses oriented by me, aims to develop a critical and attentive look at the health care of women, a social character of great importance because double working day, dividing her time between professional career and family care. Women have different physiology, cognition and behaviour from men, which promotes health problems that are characteristic of this public. With this book we seek the understanding of these problems and the search for physical and psychological well-being. I hope to develop in the reader knowledge that can help in the dynamics of caring for women’s health.
