Esta tesis fue construida durante la pandemia y pretende entender las relaciones entre los sujetos educacionales y la enseñanza mediada por tecnología, los cambios de roles, currículo y metodologías. El objetivo principal es comprender la percepción de los sujetos involucrados en el proceso educacional sobre las transformaciones curriculares y metodológicas en la educación básica de nivel fundamental en los años finales durante la pandemia (suspensión de las clases presenciales). La metodología inicial consiste en el análisis bibliográfico de los expertos sobre cambios sociales y tecnológicos, acelerados por la pandemia que ocasionó la suspensión de las clases presenciales. Los procedimientos adoptados fueron la pesquisa participante, cuestionarios, entrevistas semiestructuradas, análisis del discurso de las familias en whatsapp y datos cuantitativos de la propia escuela. El método fenomenológico fue elegido, pues permite interactuar con los sujetos de la investigación. Se concluye que las políticas de inclusión digital aún no llegan a las camadas más pobres de la población que en estos momentos de crisis, la lucha por la supervivencia supera todas las otras demandas.
