Esta obra tem como objetivo analisar os motivos que levam à prática do Bullying, suas consequências e a responsabilidade pelo ato ilícito que ocorreu dentro das instituições de ensino privado, responsabilidade única e exclusiva da escola privada? Ou responsabilidade solidária dos pais dos agressores? Qual a possível solução para este problema? A obra se divide em 05 capítulos. No primeiro capítulo é feita uma breve introdução. O segundo capítulo cuida de abordar a origem histórica do bullying, seu conceito, suas características, abordando os seus personagens, sejam eles o agressor, a vítima e o espectador, além de determinar as consequências da prática do bullying. O terceiro capítulo dedica-se a explicitar o que se entende por responsabilidade civil, destacando sua origem, conceito, definindo as suas espécies e seus requisitos. O quarto capítulo tem como desiderato demostrar a responsabilidade civil objetiva das instituições de ensino privado nos casos de Bullying, discutindo as razões que levam à indenização da prática deste ato ilícito. E por fim, é feita uma análise da responsabilidade da família do agressor e a reparação de danos sob o aspecto legal. 10
