I have endeavoured to provide a comprehensive and compassionate direction for those seeking to break free from the chains of abuse. Each one of the chapters is presented with empathy, offering hope, support and suggesting practical ways to manage and navigate an abusive relationship or marriage.One of the main motivations and reasons for writing this book is to raise awareness about the pervasive issue of abuse in relationships and marriages.
