Este trabajo se centra en la investigación de los blogs de moda como formato comunicativo, surgido en Internet en 2005 e instaurado en la blogosfera española en 2008. Estas bitácoras se plantean como medios que influyen tanto en la forma de actuar de la prensa especializada, como en la toma de decisiones de las empresas del sector. De esta manera, nuestra investigación parte de la relación que se establece entre los blogs que se ocupan de esta temática, los factores comunicativos que los definen y sus autores. Y es que estos espacios digitales se caracterizan porque promulgan la interacción entre los distintos agentes del sector de la moda. Así, aprovechan la novedad de este formado para compartir contenidos relacionados con la promoción de marcas, estilismos personales e información elaborada por profesionales del periodismo.
