It is comprised of nothing but Biographical sketches of these loyalists. It is a continuation of the second section which comprises the bulk of this two-volume set of books are biographical sketches of these Loyalists. There are over 2,000 biographical sketches (listed in alphabetical order) which contain references to names of wife and children, along with other family members, date and place of birth and death, occupation, his military service, land confiscation record, designation of banishment or proscribed and many, many other useful items of genealogical data. The biographical sketches within this volume begin with the letter 'L'. The third section is entitled 'Fragments' and it comprises 120 pages of brief notices of approximately 1,500 Loyalists who were not included in section two, the biographies. These biographical sketches are listed in alphabetical order.
