Die Studie ergab einen hochsignifikanten Unterschied der CXCL13-, Anti-CarP-, Anti-CCP- und RF-Werte zwischen RA-Patienten und Kontrollen bei einem p-Wert = 0,000. CXCL13 zeigte eine gute Spezifität (83 %) und hohe Sensitivität (93 %) für RA-Patienten, während Anti-CarP-Antikörper eine geringe Sensitivität (39 %) und hohe Spezifität (98 %) für die Diagnose von RA zeigten. Patienten mit RA weisen eine Positivität von 71,7 % bzw. 36,7 % für RF und Anti-CarP auf, während die gesunde Gruppe 11,7 % bzw. 1,7 % aufweist. Die Serumspiegel von CXCL13, Anti-CarP und ACCP korrelierten nicht signifikant mit DAS28-ESR und CDAI, was darauf hindeutet, dass diese Biomarker bei der Vorhersage der Aktivität von RA nicht wirksam sind.
