The sport of beach or sand volleyball is nowadays practiced by almost all the countries of the world, which has caused a great interest in its preparation at early ages with well-defined objectives. This book consists of several pages dedicated to beginners and those who continue in the systematic practice of this sport, in order to compete at a high level in any type of competition. The purpose of this material is to provide the reader with enough knowledge related to each of the technical elements for better performance during the game and tactical manifestations that will allow them to achieve triumph after the technical-tactical effort.
