Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Inhalt dieser Arbeit ist die Darstellung der Auswirkungen mangelnder Meßmittelfähigkeit auf Verfahren der statistischen Überwachung von Fertigungsprozessen. Die Grundlage, auf der die Überlegungen dieser Arbeit angestellt werden, ist die industrielle Produktion. Ziel der statistischen Prozeßüberwachung ist die Sicherstellung der Produktqualität. Eine allgemeine Definition des Begriffs Qualität liefert die DIN ISO 9004 Teil 2, 06.92: “Die Gesamtheit von Eigenschaften und Merkmalen eines Produktes oder einer Dienstleistung, die sich auf deren Eignung zur Erfüllung festgelegter oder vorausgesetzter Erfordernisse beziehen.“ (DIN, 1994, S. 212). Einfacher zu handhaben ist folgende Definition: „Qualität (operationalisierte Definition): Grad der Einhaltung von Planungsvorgaben für Eigenschaften und Merkmale bei Produkten und Dienstleistungen“. Gang der Untersuchung: Als Instrumente der statistischen Prozeßüberwachung werden in Kapitel 2 Prozeßfähigkeitsindizes und Qualitätsregelkarten vorgestellt. Die Ausführungen dieses Kapitels basieren im wesentlichen auf RYAN, MITTAG, RINNE/MITTAG und TEWES. Für Verfahren der statistischen Prozeßüberwachung wird meist angenommen, daß die bei der Erhebung von Daten gewonnenen Meßwerte den tatsächlichen Werten der Variablen entsprechen. In Kapitel 3 wird diese Annahme aufgegeben. Es werden mögliche Meßfehler systematisiert und Eingrenzungen für die im Rahmen dieser Arbeit betrachteten Meßfehler vorgenommen. Außerdem werden für die Praxis definierte Anforderungen an die Genauigkeit von Messungen vorgestellt. Die Aussagen dieses Kapitels basieren im wesentlichen auf MITTAG und SCHUSTER/HERFORT. In Kapitel 4 wird analysiert, welche Auswirkungen Meßfehler auf die Aussagekraft von Prozeßfähigkeitsanalysen haben. Diese Untersuchung wird differenziert nach der in Kapitel 3 dargelegten Untergliederung in systematische und stochastische Meßfehler vorgenommen. Die Aussagen dieses Kapitels basieren auf MITTAG. Ka
