La présente étude a été menée dans le laboratoire de culture de tissus végétaux du département de biologie de la faculté des sciences de l’université d’Al-Mustansiriyah, dans le but d’augmenter la production de certains composés métaboliques secondaires dans des callosités induites à partir de feuilles et d’apex de pousses d’Olea europaea L. in vitro. Les métabolites secondaires ont été estimés quantitativement et qualitativement à l’aide d’une chromatographie liquide haute performance (CLHP) et comparés à ceux de la plante mère. Plusieurs éliciteurs ont été utilisés, notamment le polyéthylène glycol (PEG) et les nanoparticules d’argent AgNO3 NP. Les résultats ont montré que les concentrations de AgNO3 NPs ont entraîné une production très significative de la plupart des métabolites secondaires (composés glycosidiques) du cal pour Olea europaea L.
