KG geben und auf die Bilanzierungsprobleme, die sich bei der Anwendung ergeben, eingehen. Des Weiteren soll in dieser Arbeit auf die Prüfung und die Offenlegung dieses Jahresabschlusses eingegangen werden, weil in der Vergangenheit die Offenlegung der Jahresabschlüsse von mittelständischen Unternehmen nicht, oder selten, durchgeführt wurde und sich durch das neue Gesetz vom 8.
