El texto que leerá a continuación contiene los resultados de la encuesta 2021-2023 sobre la precariedad laboral de los artistas escénicos de Monterrey y su zona metropolitana. El estudio se realizó durante estos años a fin de presentar un panorama estadístico sobre las condiciones de precariedad laboral que vive día a día la comunidad de los artistas escénicos, incluyendo no solo a los artistas, sino a técnicos y profesionales relacionados con la creación artística escénica. Así mismo, se incluyeron observaciones, conclusiones y recomendaciones para mejorar las condiciones de los artistas y como propuestas para la creación y mejoramiento de las políticas públicas que tengan como misión atacar las causas que provocan el estado de precariedad en que se encuentra esta importante y trascendental comunidad de artistas y profesionales del arte escénico. El estudio fue llevado a cabo bajo el liderazgo del Observatorio Ciudadano de Arte y Cultura de Nuevo León, A.C. y patrocinado por el Centro de Investigación, Innovación y Desarrollo de las Artes de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
