La obra recoge de manera sistémica y detallada los pasos (guía metodológica) a seguir para realizar evaluaciones económicas del seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en la comunidad y con ello demostrar la eficiencia de este servicio farmacéutico. Aunque no estamos ante un “receta” el grado de especificación que se brinda permitirá, sin dudas, facilitar el trabajo de los evaluadores, al tiempo que se robustece la transparencia y comparabilidad de los resultados.
