Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Die Arbeit befasst sich in der Einleitung mit der Definition der wichtigsten Begriffe in der Stiftungsthematik (Stifter, Begünstigter, Errichtung einer Stiftung, Stiftungserklärung, -urkunde, sowie den Organen und deren Aufgaben). Weiters werden die Prüfung, die Beendigung und der Widerruf einer Privatstiftung beleuchtet. In der weiteren Folge werden die Problemstellung von Private Placements sowie von ausländischen Investmentfonds diskutiert. Der Autor hat in diesem Zusammenhang seine mehrjährige Erfahrung aus der Praxis (Portfoliomanagement) verarbeitet. Änderungen in den Bereichen der steuerneutralen Kapitalrückstellungen sowie der Zuwendungen an (Letzt-)Begünstigte werden ebenso beschrieben wie die Übernahme von Belastungen in Privatstiftungen. Die betrieblich veranlaßte Privatstiftung bzw die steuerlichen Änderungen bei Kapitalerträgen werden detailliert ausgeführt und stellen eine gute Übersicht der Änderungen aufgrund des StruktAnpG 1996 dar. Im letzten Kapitel werden die ertragssteuerlichen Aspekte von Liegenschaften in Privatstiftungen beschrieben (z.B.
