L’objectif de cette recherche est d’analyser la performance financière du gouvernement provincial de Jambi sur le rapport financier du gouvernement local avant la mise en œuvre de la comptabilité d’exercice (de la trésorerie vers la comptabilité d’exercice) en 2014 et après la mise en œuvre de la comptabilité d’exercice en 2015. Les résultats de cette recherche montrent que les performances financières du gouvernement provincial de Jambi, mesurées par l’analyse des écarts, l’analyse de la croissance et l’analyse des ratios financiers (liquidité, solvabilité et ratio d’endettement) sont bonnes à la fois en 2014 et en 2015, bien qu’il y ait une légère baisse en 2015, en particulier sur les actifs, en raison du changement dans le rapport financier de la comptabilité de caisse vers la comptabilité d’exercice en 2014 à la comptabilité d’exercice en 2015.
