Récemment, la classification par extraction de données a trouvé une place remarquable dans le domaine médical. L’apprentissage automatique est un domaine émergent qui permet de comprendre et d’analyser d’énormes quantités de données sur les soins de santé. Cette recherche présente l’analyse des performances de différentes techniques de classification sur des ensembles de données médicales à l’aide de l’outil d’apprentissage automatique Weka. Nous avons appliqué différents classificateurs à quatre ensembles de données médicales afin de trouver le meilleur algorithme de classification. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l’algorithme J48 et l’algorithme Random Forest sont les plus prometteurs parmi tous les algorithmes de classification.
