La juricomptabilité est une option de pratique professionnelle pour les futurs comptables. La résolution CNE/CES N. 10/2004 établit que les cours de comptabilité doivent former des professionnels capables d’interagir avec le contexte actuel, ce qui nécessite de bonnes conditions d’enseignement et des enseignants qualifiés dans les disciplines et les contenus, y compris la juricomptabilité. L’objectif général de cette recherche était d’identifier et d’analyser les conditions d’enseignement de la comptabilité légale dans les cours de comptabilité de l’agglomération de São Paulo. Nous avons analysé les conditions d’enseignement et obtenu les perceptions des coordinateurs de cours et des professeurs de comptabilité légale dans deux groupes de cours : le premier avec 7 des 10 meilleurs cours classés par l’ENADE en 2006, et le second avec 10 cours choisis en fonction de leur accessibilité. Des techniques de recherche bibliographique et documentaire ont été appliquées, ainsi qu’une analyse de contenu pour évaluer les programmes thématiques obtenus, et des statistiques descriptives combinées à un échelonnement multidimensionnel pour les données collectées à l’aide des questionnaires.
