Il complesso GP1Z svolge un ruolo importante nella produzione di GPL per soddisfare tutti i fabbisogni energetici nazionali e internazionali, oltre che per la sua grande capacità di stoccaggio sferico. L’obiettivo di questo lavoro è analizzare i rischi associati allo stoccaggio di GPL presso il complesso GP1/Z al fine di implementare misure preventive adeguate per ridurre il grado di rischio. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, sono stati utilizzati il metodo HAZOP e il software ALOHA per analizzare gli scenari e valutarne le conseguenze sull’ambiente. L’applicazione del metodo HAZOP ha permesso di identificare i tipi di incidenti possibili, la loro entità e le loro conseguenze.
