Este relatório apresenta os resultados do teste de monitoramento dinâmico realizado em uma plataforma offshore do tipo jaqueta. As medições dinâmicas consistiram em medições de vibração com equipamentos de alta precisão em doze posições diferentes localizadas nos conveses da estrutura. A fonte de excitação foi exclusivamente a vibração ambiente causada pelas ondas, pelo vento e pelos equipamentos na estrutura em condições normais de operação. Uma grande quantidade de dados medidos foi analisada por técnicas avançadas de análise de sinais digitais, seguidas pela extração de modos estruturais. Em seguida, um modelo numérico atualizado da estrutura foi montado e, então, empregado para analisar o comportamento estrutural em vários cenários de carga, incluindo carga sísmica. A principal conclusão é que a estrutura da plataforma petrolífera com 50 anos de idade é incapaz de suportar alguns cenários de carga específicos, de acordo com a norma API-RP-2A-WSD (2000) atual. A reabilitação estrutural não é totalmente viável, uma vez que a estrutura não será segura contra cargas sísmicas. Por outro lado, é possível reabilitar esta estrutura, desde que as cargas sísmicas não sejam tidas em conta.
