As fazendas desempenham um papel crucial na economia global, contribuindo para a produção necessária para alimentar mais de 7 bilhões de pessoas em todo o mundo. No entanto, no Haiti, esse setor representou quase 45% do emprego geral e 63% nas áreas rurais, o que mostra que as fazendas estão no centro da agricultura haitiana. De onde vem o objetivo geral deste trabalho que consiste em analisar o desempenho das fazendas na comuna de Hinche caso da seção comunal Marmont. Para isso, foi realizada uma amostra aleatória simples em 55 fazendas espalhadas por 7 localidades, em seguida o tratamento e análise dos dados são feitos com os softwares: Word 2007, Excel 2010 e Eviews. Além disso, os resultados obtidos mostraram que existem 18 fazendas não viáveis ​​ou 32,72% da amostra, 32 fazendas moderadas ou 58,18% da amostra e 5 fazendas viáveis ​​ou 9,09% da amostra.
