Nos últimos dias, a análise de associação é posta em prática com conjuntos de dados jurídicos. O principal objetivo deste trabalho de investigação é extrair regras de associação de vários casos de roubo recolhidos de diferentes fontes no âmbito da jurisdição do Estado de Tamil Nadu. A estrutura de dados proposta é aplicada no algoritmo Theft Pattern Mining. O desempenho do algoritmo proposto é comparado com os algoritmos existentes de extração de padrões frequentes (FPM). O algoritmo proposto é analisado comparativamente com os algoritmos existentes U-Apriori, FP-growth e UF-growth. O desempenho do algoritmo proposto é estudado utilizando um conjunto de dados sintéticos como T40I10D100K, um conjunto de dados reais como Mushroom, Gazella e o conjunto de dados proposto Tamil Nadu Theft Crime (TTC) com referência especial ao Estado de Tamil Nadu.
