Timothy Daniels spent a good portion of his career working as a U.S. Customs (later U.S. ICE) special agent assigned to Operation Alliance in San Diego. He was a supervisor of a group of special agents conducting border narcotics investigations. 'There are a plethora of stories available, as there are several thousand cases worked each year by the Customs Service, DEA, and local police detectives assigned to the Operation Alliance office.'
