Le piccole e medie imprese devono affrontare una duplice sfida: un ambiente turbolento e la mancanza di risorse. Per far fronte a questa realtà, le PMI devono sviluppare risposte organizzative adeguate. Negli ultimi anni, la resilienza organizzativa (OR) è emersa come una soluzione adeguata, al pari della performance e dell’efficienza. Sono stati identificati diversi fattori determinanti della RUP nelle PMI, tra cui il ruolo cruciale dell’imprenditore-manager. Curiosamente, pochissime ricerche hanno evidenziato il modo in cui l’imprenditore-manager contribuisce al ROO delle PMI. Questo articolo propone un quadro concettuale che spiega la relazione tra il comportamento imprenditoriale attraverso l’ambidestria e le RU, mobilitando la teoria dei focolai di regolamentazione. Sono state sviluppate ipotesi di ricerca per chiarire i meccanismi che regolano questa relazione.
