Security threats evolve faster than static controls can be updated, and compliance expectations increasingly demand evidence, traceability, and continuous risk management rather than periodic audits.Devops matured as a response to fragmentation bridging development and operations through shared responsibility and automation. DevSecOps extended that bridge by integrating security controls earlier and more continuously throughout the software lifecycle. Yet most current implementations remain bounded by a foundational limitation: they automate execution but not reasoning.
