Verbundwerkstoffe aus Metall-Nanopartikeln und Polymeren sind ein sich entwickelndes und interessantes Forschungsgebiet. Die Dispersion von Metall-Nanopartikeln in Polymermatrizen ist ein wichtiger Faktor bei der Herstellung von Nanokompositen. Das Ziel dieses Buches ist es, die Synthese, Herstellung und Charakterisierung von Silber (Ag) Polyanilin (PANI) Nanokompositen für elektronische Geräte zu diskutieren. Für die Herstellung von Ag-PANI-Nanokompositen gibt es zwei allgemein bekannte Methoden: in-situ und ex-situ. In dieser Studie wurden Ag-Nanopartikel und PANI-Nanokomposite synthetisiert, und die Ag-Nanopartikel wurden einfach und effizient in die PANI-Matrix eingearbeitet. Die gleichmäßige Verteilung der Ag-Nanopartikel in der Polymermatrix wurde mit Hilfe von Isopropylalkohol (IPA)-Kolloiden erreicht. Diese Arbeit erweitert die praktischen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von Ag-PANI-Nanokompositen und bietet Einblicke in die Wechselwirkungen von Ag-Nanopartikeln und IPA-Kolloiden in Gegenwart einer PANI-Matrix.
