L’hyperactivité (ADHD) ou trouble déficitaire de l’attention est l’une des complications les plus courantes observées généralement à un jeune âge. Selon les recherches, environ 3 à 5 % des enfants de moins de 7 ans et des adolescents souffrent de ce trouble pendant la puberté. Le fait de souffrir de ce trouble peut être associé à de nombreux problèmes tels que des mouvements excessifs et une incapacité à se concentrer. Tous les êtres humains peuvent souffrir d’inattention ou de manque de concentration à un moment ou à un autre de leur vie. Le trouble déficitaire de l’attention avec hyperactivité (TDAH) est un trouble du comportement et du développement qui provoque des réactions impulsives, des troubles de l’apprentissage et des activités physiques excessives et qui est associé à certains comportements anormaux. Le trouble déficitaire de l’attention est plus souvent diagnostiqué chez les enfants. Cependant, ce trouble a également été observé chez les adultes et peut causer de graves problèmes dans la vie personnelle et sociale d’une personne. Les personnes souffrant de ce trouble ont souvent du mal à se concentrer sur un seul sujet pendant une longue période et peuvent être associées à des complications psychologiques telles que le trouble bipolaire ou la dépression.
