L’extrait hydroéthanolique de Dactyloctenium aegyptium a montré un potentiel anticancéreux et anthelminthique significatif. Le criblage phytochimique a révélé la présence de phénols, de tanins, d’alcaloïdes, de saponines, de terpénoïdes et de flavonoïdes. Les analyses FT-IR et GC-MS ont permis d’identifier des composés bioactifs clés aux propriétés anti-arthritiques et anticancéreuses. L’extrait a démontré des activités antioxydantes et a inhibé la croissance des cellules cancéreuses A375 in vitro. L’analyse in silico a confirmé les interactions moléculaires des composés clés avec les protéines liées au cancer et aux helminthes. D’autres études moléculaires sont recommandées.
