Dentro da evolução do ser humano, o meio ambiente foi um dos pontos mais importantes que preciso levantar em uma evolução, principalmente quando se fala em desenvolvimento sustentável, entendendo a necessidade que a espécie humana tem de cuidar do ambiente em que vive , como forma de evitar uma possível extinção. De acordo com isso, o problema mais representativo tem sido encontrado nas principais cidades do mundo, por serem as fontes mais poluidoras do meio ambiente, devido ao uso de combustíveis tanto nos veículos quanto no funcionamento de grandes empresas. Assim, através deste artigo, a atenção se volta para a cidade de Medellín, buscando estabelecer ações administrativas contra a poluição atmosférica entre os anos de 2021 e 2022, por ser especificada como uma das grandes cidades industriais da Colômbia. Este artigo é desenvolvido a partir de pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem descritiva.
