Le développement des infrastructures nécessitant d’énormes investissements en capital, le gouvernement ghanéen est limité par des ressources financières, technologiques et autres ressources indispensables restreintes, ce qui crée un énorme déficit infrastructurel affectant la croissance économique. À cette fin, cet ouvrage aborde le concept du PPP et son application à la réalisation d’infrastructures, la tendance en matière de développement du réseau routier au Ghana au cours de la dernière décennie, identifie et classe les facteurs clés qui affectent la réalisation des projets d’infrastructure au Ghana et recommande des modalités pour combler le retard dans la réalisation des infrastructures routières.
