The content highlights the theme of 'water security, water management', which respectively involves urban and rural flood control, water resources and water environment, port and navigation mudflat construction, water conservancy project management and other aspects. These papers were publicly published between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2017. They have unique theoretical insights, new experiences in application, and new technical perspectives, providing guidance for solving major key problems or promoting scientific and technological progress in Shanghai’s water related fields. This book strives to respect the original text in terms of editing, with some modifications made to certain styles and formats, in order to achieve a unified style throughout the book.
