Sanidad cada vez mejor, que cubre a más personas y más especialidades. Enseñanza cada vez mejor con exceso de titulados. Cada vez más jubilados, por vivir más tiempo. España tiene además, un sistema de autonomías caro y mucha facilidad de estas para endeudarse cosa que también hacen los pueblos y las ciudades. En estas condiciones tenemos que competir en el mundo, con las economías de los países emergentes, de muy pocos costes. Son además naciones cada vez más preparadas técnicamente. España tiene la ventaja de que últimamente ha tenido tanto despilfarro que hay mucho posible de recortar. Por todo ello, nuestro estudio propone ideas para acabar con el paro, poder ahorrar y mejorar la eficacia de nuestros factores productivos.
