O estudo investiga os dois exames de interpretação existentes em Taiwan: o Coalition Chinese and English Interpretation Professional Examination (exame de coligação), realizado pelo Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpretation Studies da Fu Jen Catholic University e pelo Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpretation da National Taiwan Normal University, e o Chinese and English Translation and Interpretation Competency Examination, realizado pelo Ministério da Educação (exame do MoE). Este estudo apresenta as concepções, práticas, materiais, sistemas de classificação e critérios de avaliação da interpretação destes dois exames. Comparando e analisando as caraterísticas de ambos os sistemas com base na grelha de feedback, serão traçados os princípios partilhados, bem como as limitações destes dois exames.
