In the final analysis, readers will each form their own models of leadership. Leadership is not a one-size-fits-all concept.Autobiography: I am a former military leader having to learn to collaborate in order to transition to civilian life. With 30 years experience teaching collaborative decision-making, I think of myself as the biggest learner in the class. My Bipolar leader design is original, an award-winning innovation. I envision the time when collaboration can become the culture of many firms and small companies.
