Целью данного исследования является проверка возможности использования метода конечных элементов для моделирования квалификационных испытаний уплотнений 'металл х металл' для подводного использования в нефтеразведочном оборудовании. В данной работе предлагается использовать специализированное программное обеспечение для расчетов методом конечных элементов, чтобы помочь на этапах проектирования, моделирования квалификационных испытаний из-за высоких затрат на изготовление, испытания и повторное проектирование. Цель работы - определить и показать шаги, необходимые для проведения расчетов с использованием МКЭ для уплотнений 'металл х металл'. После проверки идеальной теоретической конструкции можно будет провести валидационные испытания, что повысит вероятность успешных результатов. Используя предложенную методику, реальные предварительные испытания можно заменить компьютерным моделированием, что сократит время и затраты.
