В современном промышленном производстве используется оборудование, вращающееся с высокой скоростью и испытывающее большие нагрузки на ротор. В таком оборудовании используются подшипники цапф из жидкой пленки. Подшипник пленочной цапфы - это механическая деталь, разработанная для того, чтобы выдерживать высокую нагрузку, обеспечивая при этом относительное движение между поверхностью цапфы и подшипником. Пленочный подшипник часто называют подшипником в гидродинамических документах. Трехмерные модели были смоделированы с помощью программного пакета ANSYS Fluent для надежного прогнозирования эффективности анализа подшипника цапфы в трех турбулентных моделях. Были рассмотрены такие параметры конструкции, как статическая деформация, напряжение сдвига стенки и несущий потенциал безразмерной нагрузки, и проведено исследование для анализа различных соотношений L/D 0,5, 1,0, 1,5. В Ansys реализована вычислительная гидродинамика (CFD) и взаимодействие структуры жидкости (FSI).
