Der Text Zur Geschichte der Religion und Philosophie in Deutschland ist eine in essayistischem Stil geschriebene Abhandlung des deutsch-jüdischen Dichters Heinrich Heine (1797-1856). Er entstand 1833/34 zur Zeit des Pariser Exils Heines, wurde zunächst auf französisch veröffentlicht und bildet damit einen Teil seiner Bemühungen um ein besseres Verständnis beider Völker füreinander. Die deutsche Erstausgabe erfolgte in 'Der Salon. Zweiter Band' (1834).
