Niniejsza praca przedstawia niektóre spory istniejące na polu zielonoświątkowym. Spory związane z działaniami mężczyzn i kobiet oraz ich specyficznymi rolami regulowanymi przez binaryzm męski / żeński występujący w ideologii płci w strukturze władzy zgromadzeń zielonoświątkowych mają jako centralny punkt analizy konfliktowe relacje między męskimi przywódcami duszpasterskimi a kobietami nie wyświęconymi do kapłaństwa, które wykorzystują magiczne praktyki do oferowania usług / rozwiązań w środku kościołów. Kobiety te stają się zagrożeniem dla hierarchicznego porządku kongregacji, do której należą. Należy podkreślić, że duża część wiernych zgromadzenia to kobiety, ale niewiele z nich rości sobie prawo do kapłaństwa, sprzeciwiając się patriarchalnemu przywództwu. Aby opisać role tych kobiet, posłużyliśmy się stworzeniem typów idealnych. Przede wszystkim możemy wspomnieć, że męska dominacja nad przywilejem przywództwa w Assemblies of God jest legitymizowana przez wierzenia, nie tylko mężczyzn, ale także kobiet, w patriarchalnych fragmentach biblijnych. Zwyczaje zielonoświątkowe są głównymi kontrolerami zachowań kobiet w kościołach Assemblies of God.
