Dies ist die dritte Ausgabe der kongolesischen Zeitschrift für Rechtsfragen. Diese Ausgabe ist dem Krieg im Osten der Demokratischen Republik Kongo gewidmet, wobei zwei Themen behandelt werden:Der erste Punkt mit dem Titel 'Die Nichtanwendung von Gewalt durch die Monusco gegen die M23: Untersuchung des Mandats und der Grundsätze, die das Eingreifen von Friedenssicherungseinsätzen in bewaffneten Konflikten einschränken' bestand aus einer sorgfältigen Untersuchung des Mandats der Monusco von 1999 bis heute. Und gleichzeitig wurde eine Studie zu den Grenzen durchgeführt, die das Eingreifen von Friedenssicherungseinsätzen behindern können.Im zweiten Punkt zum Thema 'Beiträge für eine Konnektivität der schweren Verbrechen, die im östlichen Teil der Demokratischen Republik Kongo von 1994 bis heute begangen wurden' geht es hier darum, die Verbindung, die Konnektivität aufzuzeigen, die die verschiedenen Verbrechen, die von 1994 bis heute im Osten der DR Kongo begangen wurden, untereinander haben.
