Hij bedacht de landelijke campagne ’Paarse Vrijdag’ voor LHBTIQA+ organisatie COC en is mede-oprichter van Bi+ Nederland. Eerder werkte hij als barman in Amsterdamse homokroegen en speelde hij in vage Duitse pornofilms. Tegenwoordig woont hij met zijn kat op een eiland in Amsterdam.
