This work aims to show that movement, with an emphasis on capoeira, is a tool that facilitates the learning process in the school environment. As well as providing well-being, capoeira is an intangible cultural heritage, genuinely Brazilian, and helps with knowledge of the body schema, balance, notions of space and time, among other aspects necessary for the enjoyment of learning.
