In 2001, I found myself standing in my kitchen, overwhelmed with frustration and despair. I cried out to God, questioning my purpose and expressing my belief that life was filled with suffering. At that moment, I received a surprising response from a higher power. God assured me that my life had a greater calling-to help people. This revelation puzzled me because I felt incapable of helping myself, let alone others. Filled with anger, I lashed out by throwing a teapot at my glass doors and fish tank, longing to hear something shatter just as I felt broken inside.The catalyst for my outburst stemmed from a situation where I had warned someone about the dangers of taking part in drug trafficking. I received a divine message to share with this person, and I went to great lengths to help him change his plans and even provided him with the necessary items. Although he safely returned from his trip, he misconstrued my actions and believed I had supernatural abilities, leading him to try to burn down my house during a drug-induced episode.                  Once again, God’s intervention saved me. Weeks prior to this incident, I had met a peculiar situation where my car supposedly ran out of gas unexpectedly. Perplexed, I reached out to the person who lent me his gas can. Unbeknownst to me, this act of kindness and the presence of the gas can in my backyard played a crucial role in safeguarding my home and the lives of my grandchildren. When the individual looked to ignite a fire, he couldn’t find the gas can, as it remained in my yard, unbeknownst to him.During this tumultuous period, God revealed a plan for my future. Despite being on disability due to a work-related injury that caused excruciating pain in my lower back and right arm, I received divine instruction to buy my house and take out a mortgage for only ten years, as I would be moving in ten years. This directive seemed impossible, considering my financial circumstances and health condition. When I initially applied to buy a house, I faced rejection. Unbeknownst to me, this setback was a blessing in disguise, as the housing agency had plans to replace all the windows in the property with double-glazed ones, which would have incurred significant costs if I had already bought the house.Undeterred, I persevered and made a second attempt to buy a house. Miraculously, I was able to buy my property for just $24,000. Little did I know this would prove to be a wise investment. Eventually, when I decided to move from that house, I sold it quickly for $99,000, realizing a substantial return on my investment. This series of events showed God’s unwavering presence and protection in my life. Through moments of despair, frustration, and unexpected challenges, I discovered that divine guidance and providence were at work. The journey was filled with hardship, but it also revealed God’s ability to turn adversity into blessings and to supply a path forward, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
