Ask yourself these questions:What do you desire to feel healed from?What do you need to let go of?Who do you need to forgive?Do you need to forgive yourself?How would you like to feel, once you have healed?Who would you like to become, once you have healed?What would you like your life to look like 1 year from today?These are very simple questions to enable you to think beyond where you are at today. Feel free to add your own questions. Only by thinking deeply about ourselves and the lives we desire to live can we begin to move towards what we aspire to achieve.
