Metoda: Przeprowadzono obserwacyjne, podłużne, prospektywne badanie wpływu bilansu wodno-mineralnego na mikrokrążenie w latach 2020-2021 na oddziale intensywnej terapii 8B HHA.Wnioski: Badana próba to głównie starsze kobiety, wentylowane i z sepsą. Typem przyjęcia była planowa operacja, a powodem przyjęcia był wstrząs. Spożycie płynów u pacjentów w stanie krytycznym jest wysokie w pierwszej dobie, co ma pozytywny wpływ na bilans wodny, parametry hemodynamiczne i mikrokrążenie.
