Prawo międzynarodowe to dziedzina, która w ostatnich czasach ma ogromne znaczenie, ponieważ reguluje stosunki między państwami, organizacjami pozarządowymi i indywidualnymi osobami. Prawo międzynarodowe, tak jak jest postrzegane w dzisiejszych czasach, przeszło przez kilka etapów rozwoju, aby osiągnąć swój obecny status. W niniejszej pracy uproszczono i wyraźnie wyjaśniono podstawowe pojęcia z zakresu prawa międzynarodowego, aby pomóc studentom.
