A year after Jim’s father dies he faces an overwhelming fearful situation. In the midst of that circumstance he enters another world to fight his fear. From that point on in his life, whenever he faces similar situations, he goes into this other world to fight. Every time he goes to this other world, though, it is another time and place. Yet the enemy is always the same: Fobos. Through the years Jim and Fobos seem to leave their fights a stalemate. However, it is clear that Fobos is in charge, because Jim is always fighting him, never conquering. This stalemate continues until their last battle when one of them finally gains the upper-hand.
