Without Honor is the true expose of the Rancho Cucamonga, California Family Law court system. It is a chronological sequence of TRUE events as they happened and the destruction of Raymond A. Heninger’s life and all that he had worked for at the hands of the un-ethical, individuals carrying out their operations under the guise of equitable, fair, precedent established law and the façade of respectability. This system and the individuals who run this system are allowed to destroy lives under the protection of our law establishment, with no regard to the consequences of their actions and a twisting and distorting of established rules and precedent set case law. They use the law to suit their own purposes for the tangible reward of other people’s hard earned money and/or the victim’s assets and lifelong acquirements. They run distraught individuals into lifelong debt by making it easy for them to finance their impending unhappiness via Master Card, Discover, American Express, Visa and other financial services. There is no recourse, or serious corrective remedy, whereby the victim can go back and correct the destructive acts of this system as the State Bar governs these attorneys and the judges were attorneys before they became judges. The elected legislators don’t want to get involved because it is not generative of votes or in their interests to do so. It is way past time that the men in this country stand up, unite, and put pressure on the attorneys and judges in this country and make them be fair to both sides in a divorce case. Until they do, the attorneys sit back waiting for marriages to fail so they can make money at the expense of the husband, wife and children.
