Franziska Sweers beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie weiterbildende Masterstudiengänge kooperativ gestaltet werden, wenn Hochschulen mit hochschulexternen Partnerinnen und Partnern aus dem (Non-)Profit-Bereich und dem Stiftungswesen zusammenarbeiten. Auf der Grundlage von Experteninterviews rekonstruiert die Autorin anhand ausgewählter Kooperationsfälle spezifische Formen kooperativer Angebotsgestaltung. Im Fokus der Studie stehen die theoretische Bestimmung und empirische Analyse von interorganisationalen Aushandlungsprozessen. Dabei wird Hybridität als ein durchgängiges (präventives) Instrument für die Bearbeitung von Aushandlungsmomenten im spannungsreichen Feld der wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung bestimmt.
