America is such a divided country and the primary reason has to do with race relations. It is way past time to lay this issue to rest and that process begins with accepting the truth. What is the truth? Not all white people are inherently racist or evil. Black people also play a major role in the break down of relationships between all ethnic groups. We have to stop determining a persons worth by the color of their skin. It is what is on the inside of a person that makes or breaks them. This country was supposedly founded upon Christian principles but until those principles are actually put into practice, we are nothing more than a nation of hypocrites. Nothing says it better than the old adage: 'United we stand, divided we fall.' If America wants to avoid the same fate that other powerful nations have suffered before her, then it’s high time we put God first. That requires us to be obedient to His word and exemplify His character. His greatest character of all is love - for God is love. As Scripture suggests: there’s no way to love God (whom we cannot see) and fail to love one another (whom we see on a daily basis). Unless we get it together fast, we are headed for a great destruction!

Ensaio sobre a desigualdade das raças humanas é, por razões absolutamente infelizes, uma das obras mais influentes do século XIX.
