In an effort to save the work of Black Radicals from being lost to history or books being removed from libraries, I put together this anthology. It was an effort to resurrect actions from the past: a Black man addressing Congress; Black woman calling for protest of the World’s Fair for the depiction of Black people; Black student organization calling for resistance to the draft for war in Vietnam; Black woman nominated to run for Vice President of the US; grass roots community group opposing city sponsored waste incinerator, the first proposed in US.
