Who Touched Me is a devotional based primarily on the account in Mark 5:21-40 of the woman who suffered with a flow of blood for twelve years and although she went to many doctors they could not cure her, however, when she touched the hem of Jesus’ garment she was immediately healed. When she came to Jesus she was in a desperate and lonely situation. But she had heard about this man Jesus, how he raised the dead, healed the sick and restored sight to the blind and cast out demons. Therefore, she began to have hope that if I could go to Him I will be made whole. As she went she gained confidence but as she saw the crowd she needed to rethink how she would seek help from the Lord. She thought and perhaps said a prayer and an idea came to her, well I will just touch the hem of His garment and that will suffice, I just know that I will be healed.
